Yes they do. There is no guarantee the rebates will be offered indefinitely and they can end without warning. They can also decrease without warning. We suggest if you have customers who could benefit from free or greatly discounted LED’s, let us get them pre-approved as quickly as possible as the pre-approval acts as a guarantee that rebate is set aside for your customer by the utility customer.
Absolutely not. We are here when you are ready. We do not care if you work with us on 1 deal or 1,000 deals. We are here to help no matter what. If you are not happy with us, just walk away. With that said, we are confident you will be very happy with the service we provide you and your business.

We start the rebate paperwork to get a preapproval from the utility company offering rebates in your area. Gaining pre-approval takes between 3-14 days on average. Once pre-approval is received, we are ready to ship the lights and you to install.
We do everything possible to provide lights for free. However, there are times that rebates for specific lights are not as good as other lights. In these cases, we need to pass on the cost. When this happens, it is usually very minimal. Shipping and State sales tax are two items we must collect.

100% yes! We will copy you on all emails and when we make phone calls, you will know what we spoke about. Our goal is to create a seamless partnership between your business and ours so your customer always feels comfortable.
All of our lights are either DLC, DLC Premium or Energy Start Certified. We meet all requirements to work with your utility company including being a registered vendor, carrying all required insurance and attending any certification courses required by your utility. Basically, we took the time to do all the boring stuff so we can offer you the opportunity to provide a great deal for your customer and you only focus on the installation.
Absolutely. We only want you and your customer to be 100% happy. IF you have special requests, just let us know and we will go out of our way to accommodate. Unless we have directions otherwise, we will propose great looking lights that get the most bang for the rebate buck. Our goal is to pass on the smallest cost possible to the customer. Often times, the customer does not have to pay for the lights.
Getting a super accurate count can be very difficult and we encounter this quite often. This is not a big deal and we will file all the paperwork to include the newly found lights for this rebate job. Don’t worry, we got you!
5 years. If a light fails because of a failed driver, bad LED chip or any other manufactured reason we will replace the light immediately.
