The University of Miami is retrofitting their campus with buddy buying LED’s!

It is a pleasure to be part of the “U”.

The University of Miami (Miami, FL) has begun retrofitting their campus, starting with the Patty and Allan Herbert Wellness Center.

This 18,000 square foot facility is certainly one of the top collegiate fitness and recreation facility across the nation. The Patty and Allan Herbert Wellness Center boasts state of the art strength and conditioning equipment, an indoor pool, juice bar, fitness lab and now buddy buying LED Lights!!!

The maintenance staff consistently experiences power spikes that would wreak havoc on lower quality led lights. Buddy buying led’s are not phased by these power spikes and now burn proudly across this beautiful building.

Tube lights and pin based lamps were among the early order items by the staff at this University of Miami facility.

Burning 12 hours per day, the staff at the Patty and Allan Herbert Wellness Center will not have to worry about changing these lights for about 12 years! Maybe now, they can take a break.
